The heating situation is a joke!!! Old fan heater leaves it freezing!!! Shower pressure not adequate, hot water a rarity!!! Ripped wallpaper everywhere!!! Those odd unicorn pictures need to go!!!

We enjoyed our spacious Two-Bedroom Family Suite with a well-equipped kitchen and comfy bedding. The pool was a highlight for the kids, but it could've been warmer! Definitely a place we'd return to.

We stayed in a Two-Bedroom Family Suite for 3 nights. The room was spacious and clean, which was a big plus! The indoor pool area was great for the kids, especially during the colder weather. The electric blankets on the beds were much needed, but a bit more heating in the lounge would’ve been nice since we arrived during a cold snap. it had a homely vibe and was comfy enough for our family.

New Plymouth vibes 🌊🌅
Lekker spot! The beds were super comfy, and the location was just a hop away from everything we wanted to see, especially that Festival of Lights. Chilled at the pool area with my family after all the sights—was a proper nice time!
Just a bit pricey for an old place, but it did the job!

And the reception was super friendly, super helpful with all my questions! The room was pretty roomy for our group of three, and the location was epic—right near restaurants and a supermarket, just steps away from McDonald’s!
